New Show Night!
Oi and 'ello!
(I've said that several times... Did I get it from somewhere, or just...?)
Toda-- uh. Tonight is New Show night! :D
YouTubers are going nuts over Lie to Me, so I figured I'd have a look. And sure enough, it's quite good! It's an interesting show. But... it's not for me. Nah, not in the end. Sorry.
I mean, it wasn't BAD. It's just not the kind of show I'm into. Realistic stuff isn't my thing. Although that doesn't mean that I completely rule it out. No, don't get me wrong! There are several realistic - or realisticISH - shows I like. I'm more into science fiction. And fantasty, I suppose. Yeah.
23 minutes in, with 22 to go, I closed it. Naaah. I realized I'd rather be watching other stuff.
Oh, yeah! Sorry. Before this, I watched the first episode of Dollhouse. Two days late, but what the hell! Two is my favorite number after all. I expected more, I must say. Poor Joss. I have high expectations.
But, again, you know... It wasn't bad. I can see myself liking it. It just needs some more time. I'm definitely going to check out next episode as well.
And after the LTM failure, I moved on to Fringe. Something I've actually been looking forward to! Also a YouTube thing. Not as big as Lie to Me. But I've still heard quite a few people give it standing ovations.
And even before the credits - during the teaser - I liked it! Hahah. If the show keeps this up I'll be loving it by the end of the first episode. I knew I'd like it. Seemed like my thing. We'll see what I think afterwards.
Maybe I should wait with posting this? Or I'll just ETA this entry. Or not. We'll see :p
Oooh, and I finally started watching Farscape! Two days ago, I think it was. It's... hm. I need time. It wasn't what I expected. A little sillier. Haha! But it's so cute. And I do like it! Yesterday I found myself really wanting to watch another episode.
Okay, I feel done ranting for now. Just wanted to let you know.
And let myself rant. Lala.
