Squee, death and blood
Hi there.
So, I'm back. I almost died last night. So... I'm seriously obsessed with the movie Ladyhawke. It's my all time favorite. It's a romantic adventure from 1985 starring Matthew Broderick (so young and cute nn;), Rutger Hauer and Michelle Pfeiffer (looking so beautiful here OO).
Woot, so I've been looking for the soundtrack ever since I fell in love with this movie. I couldn't find it anywhere... But suddenly it was just right in front of my nose!
I can order it online. Ah, and gasp! It was like.... Hope. It gave me hope. Seriously... I'd been looking for it for so long...
Anyway, that's not the point! You see, something even more amazing happened. I've only been a fan of this movie for a few years... So I really don't know a lot.
Jesus... Well, my dream came true. Literally! I had a dream when sleeping once! The fact that it was four in the morning when I found this out didn't really help. I was almost in tears. I was that happy. That much in shock.
There is a novelization of the movie!!! Seriously... I died. I so died.
I am so buying it. I wanted to go the bookstore and order it today but I really didn't have time. I'm going to do it first thing tomorrow!
Or, actually not. The very first thing I'm going to do tomorrow is take a walk at 7.30am. Why you ask? Well, it's all simple and insane. ....And also very long...
There is this morning show on the radio over here in Sweden. It's the most popular one of all and it's called Rix MorronZoo ("rix morning zoo", yes) and there's two adorable men and one woman sitting there every Monday through Friday from six to ten in the morning.
The - sort of - "main character" is Roger. He's your average handsome guy in his thirties... and he just happened to come out quite a few months ago. He is GAY! and as the insane yaoi/slash/whatever fangirl I am... I died on the spot. I screamed like I was on fire. Luckily my mom was away at work.
I wonder if the neighbors heard me? XD
Anyway, the other guy is named Gert and he's just the perverted older man with a childish and youthful mind. Sort of the comic relief... and the woman - Titti - is the "normal", sane one.
Every year, since three years back (methinks it is), they have this... Race around a huge.. Eh, lake(ish) place in Stockholm. (They obviously live and air it from there)
They call it "Riddarfjärden Runt". (Riddarfjärden being the lake and "runt" meaning around. Hence they run around it... It all makes sense, ne?)
It's about 7 kilometers and last year Roger won... He entered the goal area after 33 minutes. (Or so he claims... Gert and Titti says it was 43)
Civilians are allowed to run the race too. I so wished I could've been there last year. You know what I ended up doing? I took my dog and went out in the springish-summer at seven in the morning and walked around for two hours while listening to it all live through my headphones. It was so much fun! It almost felt like I was there. I felt the wind and I heard everything being reported straight into my ear and it was just neat.
So, tomorrow it's time for Riddarfjärden Runt again! I am so going to join them again XD Out walking it is! The start is at 7.30... So by then I'll be outside.
I've moved to a new place now though... So I won't be able to walk that neat way like I did last year. It's so pretty there! Now I have no idea were to walk or what to do. It's boring and scary here.
xp Maybe I can take a bus to the other place and walk there anyway? XD That'd mean I would have to get up even earlier... Oh jeez. I don't even know if there's any bus that early. But come on... There should be...

Anyway! In ER lots of insane things happened... Also, that girl - one of the minor characters - seems to be gay! (Squee!) and... Mark and Doug had dinner at a romantic restaurant. Hehe... like, helloooo~?! In love!
