I'm just finishing my tea, and I have a bath already poured. It's very nice, because my feet are awfully cold. I look forward to crawling into the bathtub and getting all warm and cozy among the bubbles. I really love taking baths.

This time, though, I'm only in it to get clean. It's a little less convenient than a shower, yes, but we have laundry hanging there. That's why I figured "Hey, why not have a bath?"
That way I don't have to remove the laundry hanging over the tub and then put it back when I'm done.

The day started out with 17 degrees Celsius on the thermometer. Then literally 40 seconds later Mother informed me it was 19 degrees. Then it went down to 18,4. And up to 19,4 again.
So I am in a hurry to get out the door and take a looong forest walk with my dog.

We had one week of summer in May, and it was such a thrill I almost died of Happy. But ever since then it's been gray and/or raining. Perhaps up to 16 degrees, some days, so that's good. But then there's wind... And that ruins it all.

This is about... Let me Google some converter because I am not smart and see...
19C is apparently 66,2F.

Most days it's been 59 Fahrenheit. Even down to barely 53(,6) some days. So, you see, suckface.

Summer's supposed be like... 20 Celsius, at least! 20-25! Which is... 68 to 77, apparently.

WOW- I am rambling. Point is that the weather has been sucking hard and during the rare days it's nice and warmish, it doesn't last very long. So now I'm hurrying!

I do apologize. This is exactly what I wasn't supposed to do.
Here, let me try again:

"I'm just finishing my tea, and I have bath water already poured! I'm going to get clean, wash my hair, and then I'm hurrying out the door to enjoy the weather. It's very warm today. It hasn't been this warm in weeks. The few times it's warmish, it never lasts long. That's why I'm in a hurry.
Just wanted to let you know that I'm doing good, feeling happy, and now I'm going to take a loong walk through the forest with Bell."

I'm going to take my bath and walk now. Better hurry before the water goes cold!

The Path

Re: last post
The rambly detailed story cut here, otherwise read below for short version. Woo! )

I finally get outside and it's gray and windy again. Not too cold, but not as summery nice as it was when I first posted. That annoys me.

Bell whines a lot before we go out. It annoys me. Eventually we finally walk out the door, and first thing we do is meet a dog unexpectedly, and Bell goes nuts because neither of us are prepared. I get more annoyed. People around are staring.
Not helping.

Got off on the wrong foot. I go on anyway. She pulls the leash a lot. I correct her and train a bit with her. She behaves.
I enter the forest and walk on. I realize I forgot to bring something so I can put my hair up. My hair annoys me already.
There are a lot of ants. A LOT. On me. Semi-crushed. Crawling. Everywhere on the path. Ground is wet and muddy, makes my shoes wet and slightly dirty. There are mosquitoes. I'm in a bad mood.

I finally reach the dirt road I usually walk along. There are so many mosquitoes it's impossible to sit and enjoy the snack I brought. People jog by, one with a dog, Bell goes off again. Why can't she just behave? I text my friends and whine about the minor things making everything suck. The mosquitoes eat me alive.

Bell's attached to a tree. I don't pay much attention to her until I realize she's gone. I turn my head. She's sitting right behind me, staring at something. I turn myself around the other way. A moose is staring at me. HOLY SHIT OMGWTF!!
It runs in among the trees.

I die because of more mosquito attacks. I grab Bell and head home.
