I really dislike the lack of "fika" in the English language. There is no way to translate that word. It doesn't exist! The closest you can get is to say we went out for a cup of coffee. That's usually how I explain it. Except I don't even like coffee!
If anything, I have to say I went out for a cup of tea. No, it's bad! But anyway-
