Her name is Jeannette Anaise. I think they spell it Jeanette on IMDB, which is a possible spelling, just far less common than with two Ns, so I'm using that instead.

Even if the French's accent was completely off, I loved that it wasn't a mockery like 99% of French accents in TV/films. I have no idea what the actress was going for, but I like that she didn't make it a mockery.
