Jingle Dog Snow Is Here!

Jingle... Bell. Bell... my dog.
Yeah, okay, I'll just be quiet. /dork
Hello!
Winter's here and it's cold and snowing. Honestly, it could've waited a few more weeks. A friend of mine would kill me for saying that. She loves snow and winter. She reverts back to a three-year old whenever it snows. "AAH, LOOK, LOOK! SNOW! SNOW!!"
I'm just not a fan of the cold and the impractical situation. I get a lot of my attitude from Mother, though. She complains about most things, and winter is no exception. You have to scrape the car windows every day before going to work, and the roads are slippery, and you have to shovel snow around.
Although it DOES lighten the surroundings up. Winter nature is very beautiful, and, like I've said before, my dog Bell loves snow. She eats it, and she'll roll in it, and jump, and kick, and snarl. She, too, is like a three year old. I find it amusing.
That makes winter a little more bearable.
Many people seem to love winter. I feel kind of alone in my Corner of Dislike. But I'll happily sit here and mope for a couple hours and then go out and play with Bell in the snow.
I don't mind winter. Not yet, anyway. When it's still so early. Only about five or six inches of snow, and three degrees cold. Celsius, that is. So it's not bad at all!
I need a new winter coat. My old one's extremely worn and also ugly.
I lacked the Holiday Spirit™ last year, but this year it's throwing a full-on attack on my brain. WOO!! Is it Christmas yet, please?
Oh, yeah. I had something else to say, but... I don't really remember. So off I go, and I'll post again, later, when I remember.

Date: 2010-11-12 04:54 pm (UTC)Although I am having quite a bit of fun in the snow. It's not so bad when you fall, when there's snow, when you tackle your dog - hahah! So I don't mind the snow atm.
But I will again as soon as I have to go back to living a normal life and take the bus to do shopping or something. It's very inconvenient then.
