This is Amazing!

I've been away because of real life and summer and being busy. Yet again. Expect this to happen a lot from now on. I am not so interested in rushing around online, trying to catch up with everything ever, always, because it gets stressful.
But I simply have to return to post something! Because oh - my - god. Of course I've calmed down now, but a few days ago I was walking on clouds because of something extremely surreal:
See, I've always been into YouTube and its community, and I was approached by two really talented YouTubers wanting to use one of my vlogs. Of course I said yes, gave them permission, and they made a song out of one of my videos about Harry Potter.
I speak, of course, of Rhett and Link of RhettandLink (surprising, isn't it?) and you can view their song RIGHT HERE, featuring yours truly.

I am absolutely thrilled to have gained more viewers this way, because for months now I have been uploading what most people would call crap videos. And to have doubled my number of subscribers with those videos proves that they watch because they like me for my personality. My videos lately have been long, unedited, full of odd or even depressing rants. Yet people have commented a lot, supported me, and subscribed.
This, in return, has inspired me to make shorter, edited videos. They won't be that special, but they'll be more fun to make, if nothing else :D
I hope all of my subscribers will appreciate that.
It is basically an honor to have my vlog inspire these guys. I've always thought them to be creative and entertaining! I've been subscribed to them, myself, for quite a while. Speaking to them over the phone to arrange this was brilliant, because it was just a person talking to another person. No fancy editing tricks or comedy acts. It was real, and honest, and we'd do well to remember that all celebrities - whether they're famous online, offline, or both - are just like you and me. They're only human beings - people.
I'm very excited to have more viewers through their videos! I don't care too much about being famous myself, but I've always wanted a bigger audience just so I could get more feedback. Now I have it! It means the world to me.
The support I've been getting is overwhelming!
I better clean up my tweet and LJ act now, then, it seems ;) seeing as how I've not only gained subscribers on YouTube, but Twitter followers, and LJ readers as well. Thank you all!

And, oh yes, same channel will do nicely.
Although my target audience is quite different from yours in that I'm not so much a vlogger but anyway I'd welcome any publicity :)

For me, personally, being married and having children at 20 is too young. And then I'd had to have been pregnant when I was 19, basically, since it takes almost a year for the kid to cook.
If he said it the other way around, saying that I'm too nerdy and insane to meet someone, and that my "obsession" helps make sense of why I am not married... Sure!
But what he said was just that since I'm not married, THAT explains why I'm so fangirly. What the hell, haha!
And either way it doesn't matter!
